Can I change my policy after purchase?

Most policies comes with a 10-Day Free Look Period provided you have not already departed on Your Trip and You have not incurred any losses during that time. Free Look period is not available for residents of NY and WA. Indiana and Idaho offer a 30-Day Free Look Period. Refund of the premium after the free-look period is not available. To cancel coverage you must send a written notice to the plan administrator at [email protected] prior to the expiration of the free look period.

What happens if I miss my trip due to unforeseen circumstances?

If you miss your trip due to covered reasons, you may be eligible for trip cancellation benefits under your policy. Covered reasons are listed in your policy documents. You would need to start a claim with the benefit administrator listed on your policy.
